My political cartoon demonstrates the discrimination between the colored and the non-colored during 1948 through 1994 in South Africa. The whites would have most of the power, making strict laws that only applied to the people of African descent, and they would have work in mines, cultivating, ect. There were certain areas for only white and public services were divided between white and black. My cartoon shows that at the bottom of the South African government the black, that are trying to support their government and get back on their feet. At the top is the white that is adding more weight to the government and is sending out inequality and jobs that the black are supposed to complete. While all this the white expect the black too complete
