•    This task is to produce a written report OR recorded presentation (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc) on the use of communication techniques in a contemporary international organisation.
•    Students will work in pairs (two students per group). Both partners are required to contribute equally to the final result. If there are any problems or concerns regarding your group, such as your partner not taking their share of the task or they become unavailable for whatever reason, you need to contact the Course Co-ordinator for immediate advice.
•    Students are to use the Group Report Forum to seek a partner. If you cannot locate a partner by week 6, the Course Co-ordinator will partner you with another student. Distance students should maintain regular contact with the course Moodle site and with your assessment partner through Zoom or Skype, email and/or phone. The Group Report Forum is also there to share questions/problems/ideas.
•    The report is required to be worked on and submitted as a group. However, in exceptional circumstances students may be permitted to submit the assessment as an individual. Please contact the Course Co-ordinator if you believe your situation to be genuinely problematic.
•    The written report must use a formal report format. The recorded presentation must include a Powerpoint slide show.

•    How are future business communications likely to be different from today?

You are required to research and include at least five (5) reputable references (see CARS in Asst#1) in the report/presentation.
