It also considers communication climate, formalcommunication, and informal communication as three basic dimensions of internal organizationalcommunications. The data was collected, to measure the impact of above three dimensions oforganizational communications on employee job satisfaction, from 143 employees of five banks of D.G. Khan (Pakistan).
