Write a literature review on one of the two topics below: Impact of job design on employee job engagement OR Advantages and disadvantages of using social media for employee recruitment. Literature in the last 10 years should be reviewed. A minimum of 8 references are required. If you use journal articles published before 2005 you must justify why they are important to be included in the review. Some reasons might be - they are either a seminal work or no other recent literature exists on the topic. Of the 8 references, at least 6 should be from peer reviewed academic journals.
