the breakfast can alter human's behavior. Whereas others are
against it. However as far as I am concerned, I believe that having
a meal in the morning can alter human actions throughout the day.
In this essay I will assert my opinions about how breakfast
is important and compare what is good and bad in our daily life.

I usually have the most of breakfast every time, even if I
was late to school.
Student who eat a good breakfast tend to perform better at
school, and have a show better attendance. However, breakfast
