In somecountries, the number of poor people continues to increase as the rich are getting richer. Povertyis not a must thus it can end.There will not always be poverty. Some recent efforts that aimed to alleviate the levels ofpoverty have been successful in the past few years. These efforts came from both government andprivate non-profit organizations. Others came from individuals who exercise their call in helpingother people. It is the government's responsibility to start poverty alleviating initiatives as well asproviding a conducive environment for charitable acts.
