The novel ¨Of Mice and Men¨ was very inspirational. It had many lessons and was very touching to read. This novel was very descriptive of the time period it was written about. It was based of the time during the Great Depression.First of all the novel was about a man named George and his best friend Lennie. Lennie wasn't such a bright fellow and was constantly getting them into trouble. Although he wasn't meaning to because he was actually the sweetest person you could ever meet. Lennie loved all animals but always ended up killing them.Secondly at the end of the book George shoots and kills Lennie because Lennie accidentally killed a woman. This results in confrontation with parents and other people that read this novel. They
