The Chi-Sq Distribution was used. From observation of Chi-Square Tests, there is slight Association between the Community Hazard Vulnerability Level, whether or "Not Hazard Rating". These Chi-Square Tests show some Association between the Community Hazard Vulnerability Level and the Local Hazard Mitigation Plans. The Chi-Sq Value of 5.53 is the actual statistics.
