Analysis - Abortion The deliberate termination of a human pregnancy
most commonly performed between the first 28 weeks of pregnancy is
known as abortion. Abortion has many different arguments about
whether it should be illegal or not. There are a lot of factors for
the pros of abortion. One for instance would be if a parent is not
able to support the child. Say a young woman gets pregnant with a
child but cannot have the responsibility of feeding it, bathing it,
clothing it, and just simple taking care of the child. If the woman
pregnant knows that they cannot give the child the life it deserves

abortion. Many
people will then say to just give it up to adoption. This is a
great solution, however, this means the woman

Back in January
of 1973, the US supreme court declared abortion to be fundamental
right. The constitution gives "a guarantee of certain areas or
zones of privacy," and that "This right of privacy... is broad
enough to encompass a woman's decision whether or not to terminate
her
pregnancy."
(pro ) Even though this is correct, abortion is a case of murder.
The killing of an innocent human being is wrong, even if it hasnt
been born yet. The US government also considers unborn babys human
beings which means they should have the same rights as someone
alive does. (pro ) Now a fetus must be killed before 28 weeks.
Before this time the baby is not independent and self determining
beings. Which means that abortion is the termination of a pregnancy
and not a child. However, even though the baby is not really a human
being yet, the fetus is still able to feel pain. It is found that
the fetus develops pain within the first trimester of pregnancy.
Professor of Pediatrics, Anesthesiology and Neurobiology, states
"If the fetus is beyond 20 weeks of gestation, I would assume that
there will be pain caused to the fetus. And I believe it will be
severe and excruciating pain." (pro
