Week 8 Assignment: Create a Multi-Year Strategic Financial Plan for an Organization or Governmental Entity
Based upon the completed assignments for this course, develop a model for a departmental multi-year strategic financial plan. Include new financial assumptions and/or options, management controls, ethical standards, and performance evaluation guidelines. Develop new recommendations and conclusions. Synthesize all changes, amendments, modifications and corrections based upon new data, theories, budgetary systems, and financial plans and findings.
Support your paper with a minimum of seven (7) resources. In
addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly
resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 12-15 pages not including title and reference pages, but
including any visuals you deem necessary, such as budge
spreadsheets
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
