I am Deborah
Larnor and a full-time student at Bronx Community College. I am
pursuing Associate of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and
under what I took Stress Management as one of my electives. In this
Stress Management project paper, I will in the first place write on
my hobbies and affirmations, sources of stress, and stress
symptoms. Then, I create my personal Stress
Managementplan. Stress Management is a way of dealing with
problems and taking control of my lifestyle, thoughts and emotions.
