Stability and Innovation
Describe the concepts of organizational stability and
organizational innovation. Provide a real-life example of how an
organization has maintained stability and promoted innovation. You
can use an example from your personal experiences in the workplace
or an example that is discussed in Chapter Nine of your textbook.
Your initial post should be at least 250 words in length. Support your claims with examples from required material(s) and/or other scholarly resources, and properly cite any references. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts by Day 7.
