In working-out, there are no shortcuts so I stand there, sweat dripping down my face, the bar heavy with 135 pounds on my shoulders while my schools strength coach encourages me, come on, you got this. I do it. I squat a set of 135 pounds for the first time!This is a major accomplishment for me. Exceeding this benchmark has been one of my preseason goals Ive been working towards for weeks.I love working-out. I love the rush I get when I see that my work is paying off, that Im getting stronger because of my hard work.
