Thank You.A Singapore manufacturer of industrial furniture has a factory located in Clementi Loop and four warehouses in Malacca City, Ipoh, Kuala Terengganu and Shah Alam. The warehouses collect customer orders which are then relayed to the Singapore factory. The orders are then built and shipped from the Singapore factory to the respective warehouses. Thereafter, the warehouses will distribute these orders using local covered trucks. Daily demand at each warehouse and distance from Singapore are shown below:

All shipments are to be made by truck. Three truck sizes are available, with capacities of 40,000 kg (small), 60,000 kg (medium) and 80,000 kg (large). Transport cost in SGD (excluding customs or cross-border requirements) can be estimated using:  
Small truck:  100 + 0.1x  
Medium truck:  125 + 0.1x
 Large truck:  150 + 0.1x

where x is the distance (in km). The cost of un-used capacity is $0.01 per small truck, $0.02 per medium truck and $0.03 per large truck. Replenishment frequency varies between one to four days at each warehouse.
