Abby is entering High School next year at Alameda High School in Alameda, Ca. She is a very competitive and determined young athlete and has made a goal of being competitive at the national level in the 10k next year.She is convinced that her running times will improve if she focuses on improving her running form.She reads A LOT about running on the blogosphere.
Injury History: She has not had any major injuries or surgeries. She does have an intermittent pain in her right foot.
Training: She runs most days and her average mileage for 2013 was 2635 miles for the year.
